A CONFERENCE FOR CHURCH PLANTERS, PASTORS, AND LEADERS.

Charleston, SC

OCT 19-20 & OCT 20-21 / SEACOAST CHURCH

Your Story
is Our Story

Stories define us. To know someone well is to know their story – to understand the experiences that have shaped them, the trials, and turning points that have tested them. These are stories of adventure, love, faithfulness, perseverance, transformation, and stories of miracles.

The story of ARC is made up of many individual stories like this, from churches, pastors, partners, and leaders who are committed to seeing a thriving church in every community, reaching people with the message of Jesus. We share this vision and are committed to seeing God continue to write His story around the world.

This story is not finished. It is just unfolding—because of you. Every church planted, every life changed, and every community transformed, is another page in the story. Your story is our story. There is no us without you.

Frequently Asked

How do I find out what session I am registered for?

If you were registered for the 2020 ARC Conference, you should have received an email communicating which session you are registered in for the 2021 ARC Conference. If you did not receive this email, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

What if my group is registered in different sessions?

We will make every effort to place groups together in the same session. If your group is currently registered in different sessions, please let us know by emailing [email protected].  You will be placed on the waiting list for the session of your choice and notified as soon as we confirm availability.

Will Session 1 & 2 have the same speakers and Apps Sessions?

Both Sessions 1 & 2 will have powerful worship, timely words for the season we are in, practical App Sessions to help you and your church thrive, and plenty of opportunities to connect with others from across the ARC Family. There may be differences in speakers in Sessions 1 & 2. All of the sessions will be recorded and available online following the ARC Conference. We believe this will give us a greater opportunity to hear from even more leaders from across the ARC Family.

Will there be an opportunity to visit with friends from another session?

Guests from Session 1 & Session 2 will not be in the venue at the same. Your safety and the safety of our volunteers and staff is our top priority. It is best practice to limit the number of guests in the venue at one time.

How do I register to participate online?

You are welcome to participate in the ARC Conference online. We are excited to offer a unique experience, specifically for our online guests. More information about this online experience as well as the opportunity to register will be available soon.

Are children allowed at the ARC Conference?

While families are important to us, this is an adults-only conference. We want to create a distraction-free environment for all attendees. We ask that children do not attend the conference. Though childcare is not provided, a nursing mothers room is available.

Do you recommend any area hotels?

We are not currently working with any travel companies to provide a discounted rate. Charleston/Mount Pleasant is highly traveled. We recommend making all travel arrangements sooner rather than later. Here are a few options for you to consider:

WHAT COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE?

ARC and Seacoast leadership are keeping a close eye on the rise in COVID cases across the country. We do not plan to suspend the ARC Conference. With the vaccine readily available to anyone over the age of 12 who wants it, we trust that people will do what is best for themselves and their families.

Our teams frequently disinfect surfaces throughout the building and sanitize the auditoriums between sessions, and Seacoast Church has installed a Bipolar Ionization Air Filtration System. Sanitization stations will be located through the facility.

We are also not going to require masks at this time, although we do encourage those who haven’t received the vaccine to wear a mask. If you haven’t been feeling well, please enjoy the ARC Conference online. We care deeply about your health and the health of our communities and will do our best to make wise decisions that keep that a priority.

Please read our ARC Conference COVID Disclaimer below for more information.
