Frequently Asked

Do you have to be from an “ARC church” to attend the ARC Conference?

Anyone in ministry can attend the ARC Conference! We see lead pastor couples, members of church staff, non-profit leaders, and key church volunteers all attend the ARC Conference. The churches represented are from different denominations, networks, and backgrounds.

What is the difference between the Grants Mill and Highlands College locations?

Grant Mill is Church of the Highlands’ broadcast location and where the ARC Conference has been held in years past. The Grants Mill auditorium is slightly larger than Highlands College. Highlands College is home to Church of the Highlands’ Grandview location. The campus is an impressive state-of-the-art ministry training ground. The new Grandview auditorium opened at the end of 2022. Highlands College is located on Hwy 280 near restaurants, hotels, and shopping.

Will the speakers be the same at each location?

Yes! We will be broadcasting live back and forth between both locations. Some main sessions will be live from Grants Mill, and other sessions will be live from Highlands College. The App Session speakers will also be the same at each location. App Sessions on Tuesday at Grants Mill, will be at Highlands College on Wednesday and vice versa.

I already registered for the ARC Conference. Can I switch to a different location?

To change your registration location (Grants Mill or Highlands College), please click the “Manage Attendees” link in your original order confirmation email. From there, you will be able to see all of the attendees for your order. Click on the attendee that you want to update and then select “Change ticket type.” You will select the location you would like to change to and press “Continue.” You will receive a new confirmation email with your updated ticket and QR code.

Can I switch between locations during the ARC Conference?

You will not be able to switch between locations during the ARC Conference. We have to take into account attendance for meals, room capacity, etc. However, Highlands College will be available for tours to anyone during the two days of the ARC Conference. More information is coming soon. Also, all ARC Conference attendees will join together at Highlands College on Tuesday, following the main session, for the After Party!

How do I receive my conference credentials?

You will receive your conference wristbands onsite at your registered location. Please come prepared with your QR code ticket, as this will serve as proof of your registration. This QR code will be emailed out to all attendees closer to the event.

How do I find out how many tickets I registered for?

You can pull up your order by clicking the “Manage Attendees” link in your original confirmation email. You can also go to brushfire.com/my and log in or enter the email you used when registering. You will receive an email from Brushfire with a link to access your events. Select the upcoming event you registered for. You will then be able to see all of the tickets you have registered and make adjustments to the tickets as needed. If you are unable to access either of these, please email [email protected].

Is my ARC Conference registration refundable?

We want to provide the best experience possible for ARC Conference attendees and be great stewards of the budget. We are not able to refund registration fees, but please know that your investment supports the training and equipping of our church planters.

Is childcare available?

We love your kids, but unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare at the ARC Conference. A nursing mother’s room will be available at each location.

Is food provided?

Your ARC Conference registration will include lunch, coffee, and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is also a specialty coffee bar with items available for purchase at each location. Attendees will need to provide their own breakfast and dinner each day. *If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we encourage you to bring supplemental snacks.

Are there hotel discounts available?

Yes! Please see the travel section on arcconference.com. We are partnering with WayPoint Travel. For booking flights, rental cars, or additional travel needs, please contact Shelly Overbey-Higgins at [email protected].

Will the ARC Conference be broadcast online?

We believe the ARC Conference is best experienced in person. At ARC, we truly value the relationships you can make at the ARC Conference that will last far beyond the week. Currently, there is no plan to broadcast the sessions online.

How can my business/organization sponsor the ARC Conference?
